BMW Chooses SEB (Structural Engineered Bamboo) for Solar Powered Structures

After nearly 4 years of research and product development, LoüTeq | St. Louis USA has launched data center specific components that dramatically reduce cooling costs by the integration of Thermally resistive SEB (Structural Engineered Bamboo).

“LouTower” | St. Louis, USA - The world’s first Eleven Story Observation Tower made from SEB (Structural Engineered Bamboo) & Stainless Steel.

We are pleased to announce the preliminary design completion for the “LouTower” inspired by the inverted catenary curves of Saarinen’s Gateway Arch in St. Louis, Missouri. Specifically the angled perspective of the Arch as you enter the city of St. Louis.

"Biophilic" refers to the human tendency to interact with and be closely associated with nature and other forms of life, and "biophilic design" aims to incorporate nature into the built environment to foster a connection with the natural world. 

The First Greater St. Louis Area Project Integrating LoüTeq SEB (Structural Engineered Bamboo) into a four story structure begins construction.
